What types of shipping do you offer?

You can have your goods delivered within the Czech Republic and Slovakia by the GLS shipping company or choose one of the pick-up points offered by the Zásilkovna service. You can read more about the shipping methods here.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

The standard delivery time is 1–3 business days. If you choose immediate card payment or cash on delivery, we will ship your goods immediately. If you choose bank transfer, we will ship your order as soon as the payment is credited to our account.

 

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping cost depends on your chosen carrier, payment method, and whether you are ordering delivery within the Czech Republic or Slovakia. For deliveries within the Czech Republic, when paying by bank transfer or online card payment, the shipping cost with GLS is 131 CZK, for GLS ParcelShop 75 CZK, and via Zásilkovna 80 CZK. In Slovakia, the shipping cost with GLS is 6 €, with GLS ParcelShop 4 €, and via Zásilkovna 5 €. You can find more details about the shipping costs here.

 

Do you deliver internationally?

We currently deliver goods only within the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

 

What is your return policy?

If the goods do not meet your expectations, you can return them within 14 days of receipt free of charge and without any reason. However, the returned goods must be unused and in their original, undamaged packaging. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the return. The cost of return shipping is covered by the customer. When and how will I receive my refund?

Once you receive an email confirming the return of your goods, you can expect your refund within 10 business days. We will refund the amount in the same way as we received it, unless we mutually agree otherwise.

 

How do I file a complaint about the goods?

If there is anything wrong with the goods and you wish to file a complaint, please let us know as soon as possible after receiving the goods. You can contact us preferably via the contact form, or by phone at +420 724 165 994, or by email at reklamace@salonpro.cz. For quick processing of your complaint, you can also use the complaint form here. Send the complained goods to the address Salon Professional, reklamace, Pod Bání 8, Prague 8.

At the moment, it is not possible to use our showroom for complaints or returns, as it is currently closed. The return of goods to our address is thus only possible through a shipping carrier. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Is in-store pick-up or personal collection available?

Due to the closure of our showroom, the in-store collection service is unfortunately currently unavailable. Thank you for your understanding.

 

How can I learn about current promotions and offers?

The easiest way to stay informed about all news and promotions is to subscribe to our newsletters here. We prepare special offers, discounts, or bonuses in the form of gifts with purchase for you every month, so stay in touch with us!

 

Can I try and test products before buying?

You can arrange to try out products with our colleague in the showroom. Just contact them at +420 724 165 994 or by email at objednavky@salonpro.cz to set up a suitable time.

 

Which product is ideal for my needs?

If you need help choosing a product or have any questions, we are fully available at +420 724 165 994 or by email at objednavky@salonpro.cz. You can also visit one of our partner salons. You can arrange a consultation with the hairdresser or directly book a service. The list of partner salons can be found in the Salons section under each brand.

 

Why is the order number different from the one provided by the carrier?

There is no need to worry; each order is assigned several numbers. One of them is our internal number (usually starting with the current year). When the shipment is handed over to the carrier, we will send you the shipment number, which is recorded in their system. This number is different from our internal order number.

 

Can I order items that are not listed on your website?

We would be happy to order items for you upon request. Just contact us at +420 724 165 994 or send us an email at objednavky@salonpro.cz with the request for the specific product.
