Use as a shampoo, lather the desired amount in wet hands. Gently massage across the entire scalp to ensure its exfoliation and cleansing. Then rinse.

Place your palms on the sides of your head and massage upwards. Continue slowly until you have massaged the entire scalp in this manner.
