Shipping and payment

You can choose from several delivery and payment methods with us. See how we will deliver your dream package to you.

With purchases over 1,490 CZK / €65 you get free shipping.
We deliver goods anywhere in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
For delivery, you can choose the courier company GLS or have the package sent to one of the pick-up points with the Zásilkovna service.

 

What delivery options can you choose from and what is the price?

GLS (131 CZK / €6): You will receive parcels of all sizes within 1–⁠3 business days.
GLS ParcelShop (75 CZK / €4): The courier will deliver parcels of all sizes to the pickup location within 1–3 business days.
Zásilkovna (80 CZK / €5): The courier will deliver small parcels (due to size restrictions by Zásilkovna) within 1–3 business days.

 

What payment options do we offer?

Instant online card payment: Pay online by credit card via the GoPay gateway, the fastest payment method.
Online bank transfer from selected banks: You can find your bank in the list and pay easily using a QR code.
Google Pay: Make your payment instantly via an e-wallet.
Apple Pay: Make your payment instantly via an e-wallet.
Bank transfer: We ship your order when we receive your payment. This option may take a bit longer.
Cash on delivery (50 CZK / €2): Pay for your order upon receipt of the package.
